David Bubbus Sr. grew up in Central Arkansas and began his career in the butcher business at the age of five working for Johnny Jacobs Meat Market in North Little Rock. At David’s Premium Beef, we take pride in our meticulous selection process, ensuring that each piece of meat meets our rigorous standards for flavor, tenderness and quality. We hold true to the traditions and craftsmanship found in master butcher shops of a bygone era. For over half a century, Mr. David Sr. has been instrumental in developing numerous restaurants, restaurant chains and even franchises. He has also spent many years in the cattle business raising his own beef furthering his vast knowledge.
